1, the bidding unit qualification requirements:
Have legally valid construction qualification for building decoration (construction enterprise qualification certificate, engineering design qualification certificate);
Have industrial decoration related industry experience and be able to provide construction cases of similar projects in the past;
Have mature construction team and project management experience.
2. Bidding content:
Design program: provide detailed office space decoration design program according to the company's requirements;
Budget offer: including detailed offer of materials, labor, equipment and other costs;
Work schedule: clear construction cycle to ensure on-time delivery.
3、Construction requirements:
